- 1 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey Meat
- 1 Red Apple
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp + 1/3 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil or ghee for sautéing onions (or any oil)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line baking pan with parchment paper.
- Sauté onions in skillet until translucent for 2-3 minutes.
- Add maple syrup and cook for another 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Add onions and remaining ingredients (except ½ cup BBQ sauce) to a large bowl and mix well.
- Make meatballs by using an ice cream scooper.
- Place balls on a baking pan.
- Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining BBQ Sauce.
- Cover and let sauce set for 5 minutes.
- Eat hot and enjoy!
