Maple Syrup

tbsp + 1/3 cup
BBQ Sauce

Coconut Oil
or ghee for sautéing onions (or any oil)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line baking pan with parchment paper.
Sauté onions in skillet until translucent for 2-3 minutes.
Add maple syrup and cook for another 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Add onions and remaining ingredients (except ½ cup BBQ sauce) to a large bowl and mix well.
Make meatballs by using an ice cream scooper.
Place balls on a baking pan.
Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with remaining BBQ Sauce.
Cover and let sauce set for 5 minutes.
Eat hot and enjoy!
