  1. Bean Salsa Add chopped tomatoes and beans in a bowl. Add corn, onion, and cilantro and toss. Add your avocado in chunks and a little lemon juice. At the last moment, sprinkle salt. Carefully mix all together. Garnish with cilantro. Cheesy Chips Divide shredded cheese into 4 piles onto parchment paper. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Makes 2 servings
