Recipe Inspiration: This is a recipe that is traditional in the Northern Chinese culture during the summertime. My grandpa made it for my mom. She often makes it for my family and me. It’s a simple dish that we all like to see.

- 3-4 leaves of Chinese Cabbage (sliced)
- 1 Cucumber (sliced)
- 1 clove of Garlic (chipped)
- 1 Carrot (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch of Salt
- 1 pinch of Sugar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil

- Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.
