Chickpeas are an excellent protein source packed full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and low in fat. Traditionally, used to make hummus, chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) are excellent at satisfying hunger and fueling your body to think and move smarter!

  1. Dice Red bell pepper, onion and celery into small pieces and toss into bowl. Add drained chickpeas, dill and mayonnaise. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
