Chickpeas are an excellent protein source packed full of fiber, vitamins, minerals and low in fat. Traditionally, used to make hummus, chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans) are excellent at satisfying hunger and fueling your body to think and move smarter!

- 1 15 oz can Chickpeas rinsed and drained
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 1 stalk Celery
- 2-3 tbsp Mayonnaise low-fat
- 1 tbsp Dill Fresh (or 1/2 tbsp of dried dill)
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 1 Tomato
- 2 cups Baby Spinach or your favorite greens

Instructions
- Dice Red bell pepper, onion and celery into small pieces and toss into bowl. Add drained chickpeas, dill and mayonnaise. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
