Recipe Inspiration: The reason I favor this dish is because when I tried it in India I noticed that although it may not be the most common, it is a very healthy snack. This dish is important to me because it is from the place I am from.. India. It is very unique. I doubt any will not enjoy this dish.

- Bhel Puri Mix
- Bhel Chutney
- 1 chopped Cucumber
- 1 chopped Tomatoes
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 chopped Green Chille
- 1 Carrot Shredded
- 1 chopped Raw Mango (optional)
- Pomegranate Seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except for the Bhel Chutney
- Add 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of bhel Chutney to the Behl Mix. Mix well.
- Add Salt to Taste
- Place in Serving Plates
- Top with stir fried chick pea noodles

Serve over stir fried chickpea noodles or whatever your preference.
