- 1 Apple
- 3/4 cup Carrots grated
- 3/4 cup Apple Sauce no-sugar
- 2/3 cup Quick Cook Oats
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil Melted
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray pan with non-stick cooking oil. Core and peel apple. Then cut into very small pieces.
- Add sliced apples, carrots, cinnamon and oatmeal into a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted coconut oil, sugars and 2 eggs. Using a hand mixer beat on high for 1 minute. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- Add egg mixture and flour mixture to oatmeal apple bowl and combine with a large spoon. Be careful not to over mix the batter. Add to pan and cook for 45-50 minutes.
- Remove and let cool until you can't resist having a taste!
