  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Put raisins in a bowl with 1 cup of warm water to soften and plump... set aside for 10 minutes. Sauce - slice tomatos, fresh oregano, basil, parsley, and thyme and place in food processor. Add plumped raisins and blend. Set aside. Tortizza crust - take 4 tortillas and cut 3 Small round discs from each for an total of 12. Tortizza filling - Dice turkey sausage, green peeper, red pepper, and onion. Sautée in pan with olive oil until Sausage has browned be veggies are tender. Move mixture to a bowl. In a muffin/cupcake pan - spray each holder with non- stick cooking spray. Place one tortizza disc in each. Add a 1/2 tsp each of sauce and tortizza filling. Sprinkle Mozzarella Cheese on top of each tortizza. Place pan in oven for 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
