- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 5 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup Liquid Amino (soy sauce)
- 1-1 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 3/4 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 cup Tomatoes canned or fresh
- 2 cups Rice, Cooked
- 2 cups Quinoa, Cooked
- Vegetables Your choice of finely sliced i.e kale, brussel sprouts, corn, etc.
- Protein Your choice of cooked i.e lentils, chicken, tofu, edamame, beef, etc.

Instructions
- Prepare broth. Sauté’ onion in a medium pot for 2-3 minutes. Then add all remaining broth ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
- Prepare bowl. Add a mix rice and quinoa to your bowl. Then add your choice of protein and veggies. Be sure not to fill bowl more than ¾ full to save room for broth.
- Using a ladle, pour broth in your bowl and enjoy.
