Please everyone in the family (even those picky eaters) with these Make Your Own Broth Bowls! Let everyone add their favorite veggies and protein to their Broth Bowls. Do you see an ingredient that you’d like to add? Go for it!
VegetablesYour choice of finely sliced i.e kale, brussel sprouts, corn, etc.
ProteinYour choice of cooked i.e lentils, chicken, tofu, edamame, beef, etc.
Instructions
Prepare broth. Sauté’ onion in a medium pot for 2-3 minutes. Then add all remaining broth ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
Prepare bowl. Add a mix rice and quinoa to your bowl. Then add your choice of protein and veggies. Be sure not to fill bowl more than ¾ full to save room for broth.
