- 8oz Cooked Chicken Breast cubed or canned
- 2/3 cup Apple approx. 1 small apple- chopped
- 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries or raisins (or combo of both)
- 2/3 cup Celery chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2-3/4 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken breast, apple, cranberries, celery, curry powder and garlic powder.
- Depending on taste, add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of mayonnaise.
- Serve on bread, pita pockets with lettuce, or use wrap in lettuce or top it like a salad.
