Cooked Quinoa Salad is a quick, nutritious 30 minute snack or simple dinner. We all have days where we need something quick and easy to eat which should also be filling. This is the perfect recipie for those days. I have made this when I needed to eat before going to a long and tiring dance practice. This recipie is a personal favorite that I have come up with myself. It has many healthy elements which can helps everyone's body. This is a great recipie for everybody.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Potato or a medium sized one
- 1/4 cup Green pepper or 1/4 of a pepper
- 1 Tomato add last
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- 1/2 cup Peas
- 6 leaves Spinach
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 1 cup Water if nessicary
- 1 cup Quinoa pre-cooked (pressure cooked)
- 3/4 tablespoon Salt
- 9 leaves Cilantro
- 1 teaspoon Avocado Oil to grease
- 1/2 tablespoon Cumin Powder if wanted
- 1 pinch Cardamom Powder if wanted
- 1/2 tablespoon Chili Powder add more or less

Instructions
- Add a little bit of oil to the pot Add ¼ cup onion, ½ cup bell pepper, ½ cup potato, ¼ cup peas, ½ cup carrot, add 6 leaves of spinach and ½ cup tomato in that order. Add ½ tablespoon of salt Cook the veggies for 5 minutes Add the quinoa and mix Add the spices (add more if wanted) Add ¼ tablespoon of salt Let it cook and mix for 3 minutes Serve warm with coriander to garnish Prep Time: 20 minutes max (with pressure cooking) Cook Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 30 minutes
