Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
- If you have a high power blender, it may take 1-2 minutes. For traditional blenders, it could take 3-4 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Adding shaved coconut will add coconut “chunks”. If this doesn’t tickle your fancy, leave it out and increase the coconut milk to ⅓ cup.
