Instructions
- Step 1: slice potatoes (thin to medium slices)
- Step 2: Sautée potato slices in olive oil until tender
- Step 3: Season potatoes to taste
- Step 4: Slice or chop brussel sprouts
- Step 5: Remove potatoes from skillet and
- Step 6: Place chopped or sliced brussel sprouts in the skillet and sautée with minced garlic for 5 to 7 minutes
- Step 7: Add raisins
- Step 8: Mix brussel sprouts with raisins and potatoes
