I added "riced" cauliflower in with regular rice. I also added a lot of other vegetables that I like to this recipe like red peppers, broccoli, carrots, and edamame. We like to make this recipe for dinner in my house. I didn't know that I liked cauliflower before I first had it with rice.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 0.5 Cup Onion Chopped
- 1.5 Cups Mixed Frozen Vegetables
- 2 Cloves garlic Garlic Minced
- 1/2 item Red Pepper Diced
- 1/2 Cup Edamame Shelled
- 1/2 Cup Broccoli
- 12 Oz Cauliflower Riced
- 3/4 Lb Shrimp Raw
- 2 Eggs Raw
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Asian Sauce
- Salt and Pepper To taste
- 1.5 Cups Rice Cooked

Instructions
- Heat oil, sauté onions, garlic, broccoli, peppers. Add remaining vegetables, shrimp,and rice. Scramble eggs. Add sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
