Fruit Festival Chia Pudding Breakfast Bowl

- 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)
- 3/4 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Beet Juice
- 1/4 Cup Hemp Hearts
- 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
- Diced Fruit We used blueberries, mango and banana!
- Soak Chia seeds in a mix of beet juice, water and almond milk for 10-15 minutes. Storing as needed to avoid clumps. Divide into 3 bowls. Top with remaining ingredients and your favorite diced fruit. Enjoy!
