I, the undersigned, hereby grant to Every Kid Can Cook and its sponsor, McCormick & Company, Incorporated (“McCormick”), the right and permission to use any photographs, images, audio, or videos it takes of my child or in which my child may be included with others (collectively, the “Works”), to copyright the same in its own name or otherwise, to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, for any purpose and in any and all media now or in the future. I hereby grant to Every Kid Can Cook and McCormick the right and permission to use my child’s name and likeness in connection with the Works as it so chooses. I hereby waive any rights, claims or interests I may have to control the use of my child’s identity or likeness in the Works and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration to me.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and discharge Every Kid Can Cook and McCormick from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the Works, including any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

I am the Legal Guardian of the registered child and have the right to contract on his/her behalf. I have read the above release and fully understand the contents. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs and legal representatives.
