About Every Kid Can Cook Day

Every Kid Can Cook Day is quickly becoming the world’s largest annual cooking day of the year. We’ve designed this day to give all kids an opportunity to cook healthy by empowering schools, communities and family leaders with tools to facilitate a simple, fun and flavorful healthy cooking class that does not require expensive kitchen equipment or tools

Why We Created This Day

Our hope is that this day starts a dialogue and creates change in schools and communities to incorporate more hands-on cooking classes in their program using  local and healthy food, inclusive of  kids with a variety of eating preferences, dietary needs and income levels.

Who Is this Day For?

The recipe is designed to teach kids as young as 3 years old up to parents as young as 109! The recipe is free from the top 8 food allergies and does not require expensive equipment or tools.

Healthy Kid Advocates – Leaders or teachers at school, after school program, community center, workplace or at home.  EKCC Day will make it easy for YOU to teach your very own cooking class, showing kids (and grown-ups) how easy it is to make cooking healthy, affordable, and fun.

Kids & Students – Grab your parent, teacher or organization’s leader and ask them to sign up for the class so they can receive everything they need to host a healthy cooking class for you and your friends.
