This recipe is unique because the zucchini tastes like noodles. We use a special tool. Sometimes we make it with half noodles and half zucchini and sometimes all zucchini. I also thought about the different colors in this recipe because I am an artist. It has many different colors of the rainbow. I know that we also eat with our eyes.
I really like the dressing too. We used olive oil that we got in my Aunt’s olive oil store to make the dressing. I love to help her in her store
