Edamame puree:
1. Fill a pot with water, add salt and bring to a boil.
2. Add edamame and cook for 3-5 minutes or until it’s a bright green color
3. Cool the edamame in an ice bath
4. Add cooked edamame to the food processor with the garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, lemon, olive oil, and 3 tablespoon water.
5. Puree until almost smooth. (If it too thick add more water and oil in small increments.)
