  1. Remove stems from kale. Wash, break into pieces, and dry using a salad spinner (or pat down with paper towel). Place in a large bowl.
  2. Combine cashews, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt and cayenne pepper into a food processor.
  3. Carefully massage cashew mixture into kale until all pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Place in a dehydrator on 115 degrees for 8-9 hours or until crispy.
