Muffin Pops Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
2. In a large bowl, mash the banana and add 1 egg, brown sugar, vanilla and butter — blend.
3. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and gently stir.
4. Then fold in chocolate chips.
5. Spray cake pop baking tray (both sides) with nonstick spray and pour muffin mixture in.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 7 minutes, or until baked.
