Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 325F
  2. Mix oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract in a separate bowl. Then, pour over oatmeal mixture and stir so all oatmeal is coated.
  4. Spread mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
  5. Stir oatmeal and bake for an additional 9 minutes. Keep an eye on the mixture to make sure it doesn’t burn.
  6. Remove from baking sheet and let cool.
  7. Stir in your super food add-ins!
  8. Store in an air-tight storage container.
