  1. Add ingredients into a blender. TIP: Your mango does not have to be frozen but we find it works best.
  2. Blend so the consistency is smooth and there is no more chunks of fruit.
  3. Pour into your popsicle holders. Be careful is you are pouring directly from the blender container. TIP: Pour into a tall cup or a measuring cup to make it easier to transfer the blended ingredients into the popsicle forms.
  4. Freeze your finished popsicle tray for at least 12 hours. ENJOY TIP: Overnight is always good because you’re not thinking about eating them.
